Most carpet warranties expect a professional clean every year
Manufacturers write it into the warranty and almost nobody does it. Miss it and a claim can be refused on a carpet that is otherwise fine. That is the honest reason these plans exist, and why we would rather you were on one than not.

Before you join
The questions people actually ask
Am I tied in?
For twelve months, yes, and we would rather say so here than in the small print. After that it continues monthly until you tell us to stop.
How much cleaning does a visit cover?
We agree that with you before you join, based on your house and the carpets you want looking after. It is written down, so nobody is guessing on the day. If you want more doing than we agreed, we quote the difference before we start, never after.
What if I do not use a visit?
Unused visits and call-outs do not roll into the next year and cannot be swapped for money. Book them and you get your money's worth.
What is not covered?
Permanent staining, damage that was already there, bleaching, burns, pet damage, repairs, flood or water damage, and anything needing specialist restoration. If we think a carpet needs more than a clean, we will say so rather than clean it and take the money.
Will the protector work on my carpet?
Usually, on wool and 80/20 blends especially. It depends on the fibre and the condition, so we inspect first. If it is not right for your carpet we will tell you and you take a plan without it.
What counts as an emergency spill call-out?
One accidental spill in the year, on Premium Care, where we can get access and the spill can be treated. It is a fast response, not a promise that every stain comes out.
Do I have to be in?
Somebody does, to let us in and point at the rooms. It is a couple of hours for most houses, not a day.
Can I add rooms or treatments?
Yes, at member rates, which are lower than we charge anyone else. Ask on the day or when you book.
Before you join
The bits that matter
- Twelve months, then rolling. Every plan is a twelve month agreement paid monthly. After that it continues monthly until you tell us to stop, with thirty days' notice.
- We agree the areas first. What each visit covers is written down before the plan starts. Anything beyond it is quoted before we do it, never after.
- Visits do not roll over. Unused visits, treatments and call-outs cannot be swapped for money or carried into the next year.
- It is a care plan, not a repair service. Permanent staining, existing damage, burns, pet damage and flood damage are not covered. If a carpet needs more than a clean, we will say so.
