Every floor of the building, from the open-plan desks to the kitchen and stair core. We put down more than eight tonnes of latex levelling compound before the first plank, so the herringbone runs flat from wall to wall.
Herringbone commercial sheet through the offices, Karndean LVT in the halls, and cap and cove in the rooms where building regulations call for it. The whole floor was latexed first.
Cap and cove vinyl throughout, cut and welded to the fittings in the wet areas so staff can mop right up to them. Mat wells at the entrances catch grit before it reaches the floor.

Fitted and excluding preparation, carpet tiles start from £45/m², commercial vinyl and LVT from £70/m², and engineered wood and parquet from £95/m². Preparation depends on the subfloor, so we survey first and price it up front. The quotation is fixed once it is agreed.
It depends on the room. Carpet tiles suit open-plan offices because a damaged tile can be lifted and replaced on its own. Wet areas, kitchens and nurseries want vinyl with cap and cove, which runs the floor up the wall in one piece. Gyms want rubber. Receptions and meeting rooms are where LVT and wood earn their place.
Yes. Out-of-hours, weekend and phased installs are planned in at the survey, so the office can keep working while we move through it floor by floor or zone by zone.
Yes. Most of the London jobs on this page were part of main contractor packages. Our team holds CSCS cards, site supervision is SSSTS qualified, we are first aid qualified and we carry £5m public liability.
